2022 Recap.

2022 — The Accidental Beginning

If I had to pick the year my developer journey actually started, it would be 2022.

Not because I had a big plan.
Not because I knew what I was doing.

It was more like:

“Let’s just try programming and see what happens.”

Around the same time I joined JIS College of Engineering (JISCE). Was it a perfectly calculated life decision? Probably not. But it ended up being one of those choices that quietly change everything.

Discovering Programming

When I started coding, nothing made sense.

Errors everywhere.
Code refusing to run.
StackOverflow tabs multiplying like bacteria.

At that point I didn’t feel like a developer. I felt more like someone who breaks computers professionally.

But the moment a program finally worked… that feeling was addictive.

Late Night Coding Begins

Somewhere during the year, coding became a routine.

Laptop open at night.
Trying to fix bugs that shouldn’t exist.
Celebrating when the program finally ran.

Sometimes two hours would go into fixing a missing semicolon.

Very humbling experience.

Looking Back

2022 didn’t start with a big vision.

Just curiosity, broken code, and a lot of trial and error.

But that messy beginning eventually led to hackathons, projects, wins, and internships.

All because of one random decision:

“Let’s try programming.”
